How to Make a Payment on Your Shipment
We have multiple options for you to send us payment on your shipment. With accounts at Chase, the ability to accept ZELLE. We also accept checks and money orders via regular mail. Please note checks are subject to a 10-day hold.
Destination Requirements
Certain destinations in Africa have specific documentation requirements that must be met before a shipment will be allowed to load the vessel in the USA. These requirements vary, and it will be your responsibility to verify that you obtain the required documents. In some cases, we can obtain the specific document for you at an additional fee. Please see below for ports that currently require documentation and a link to their website (if available) for further information. As always, please contact us if you have any questions or need assistance in obtaining a document.
